Job summary

Saffron Housing Trust in Norwich is seeking an experienced Electrician to join the Electrical team to carry out installation, maintenance and remedial works across Trust properties, both occupied and vacant.

You will work safely with excellent customer service, manage van stock and tools, and participate in an out-of-hours call-out rota; a valid driving licence and 18th Edition BS7671 are required.

Qualifications

• UK electrical qualifications and ECS Gold Card required.
• Experience of domestic electrical work.
• Full valid driving licence and on-call rota availability.
• Basic Disclosure and Barring Service check required.

Electrician – Saffron Housing Trust – Norwich, UK

We are looking for an experienced Electrician to join our Electrical team, carrying out installation, maintenance, improvement and remedial works across Saffron Housing Trust properties.

Responsibilities

• You will work in both occupied and unoccupied homes, using your technical knowledge and excellent customer service skills to complete work safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
• The role also includes responsibility for van stock, tools, materials and completing jobs via a mobile device.

Requirements

• Applicants will need relevant UK electrical qualifications, evidence of an ECS Gold Card, 18th Edition BS7671:2018, experience of domestic electrical work, a full valid driving licence and the ability to take part in an out of hours call-out rota.
• This role is subject to a Basic Disclosure and Barring Service check.

Salary: £40,000 - £43,325 + company van and fuel card
