Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd is recruiting a qualified Electrician to join a growing team delivering electrical maintenance and repairs across social housing properties. The role covers domestic electrical repairs, fault diagnosis, EICRs, and remedial works in occupied and void properties, with a focus on customer service in tenants' homes.

You will perform planned and reactive maintenance, work to the 18th Edition and NVQ level requirements, and have access to ongoing training.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation is required.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (can be put through if needed).
• City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing preferred.
• Experience working within domestic or social housing maintenance.
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out domestic electrical repairs and reactive maintenance.
• Diagnose and rectify electrical faults.
• Complete EICRs, testing, inspection and certification.
• Undertake remedial works following electrical inspections.
• Carry out planned and responsive maintenance within occupied and void social housing properties.
• Deliver excellent customer service while working in tenants' homes.

Salary: £40,000-£42,000 per annum + OTE up to £52,000 (including overtime and call-outs)
