Job summary

Skilled Careers is seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to perform reactive maintenance in social housing across Northampton and surrounding areas. The role is a permanent position with a focus on safe, high-quality work and resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate holds a NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, and a full UK driving license, with the ability to work independently in a reactive environment. Start date ASAP and a company van provided.

We are currently recruiting for a Skilled, Experienced nd Qualified Electrician in Northampton and surroundingareas. Please see more details below.

The Role:

Permanent position

Carry out reactive maintenance repairs in occupied and void social housing properties - Northampton-Stratford Upon Avon patch

Repair and maintain occupied properties

Deliver high-quality, safe work with a strong focus on resident satisfaction

Start - ASAP

What We're Looking For:

• Proven reactive maintenance experience, ideally in social housing
• Qualified withwith NVQ3 and 18th Edition
• Ability to work independently in a reactive environment
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Full UK driving license

What We Offer:

£37,440 base salary + 5% bonus paid every March pro rata and ON call 1 week in every 5-6 weeks paid £100 for the week + £50 per call out

Mon - Fri 8am- 4.30pm
