Fawkes & Reece is seeking an Electrician to join a large social housing responsive repairs scheme in and around Stratford-upon-Avon and Warwickshire on a permanent basis.

You will perform maintenance and repairs on electrical services in tenanted and void properties, aiming for first-time fixes with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Social housing experience required.
• Full UK Driving Licence with minimal points.
• Be able to supply 2 references if not previously engaged with Fawkes & Reece.

Job description

Electrician required to start immediately on a large social housing responsive repairs scheme working in and round Stratford upon Avon and Warwickshire on a permanent basis.

The Client

Our client is a large main contractor who operates nationwide and works alongside councils, housing associations and insurance companies.

The Role

Main duties are carrying out all aspects of maintenance and repairs on all electrical engineering services as required in tenanted and void properties, ensuring all work is undertaken to a high standard with the minimum of Supervision. You will take ownership of work, aiming for 'First time Fix' on all jobs whilst remaining within budget and time parameters.

The working hours are 40 per week plus generous paying ON CALL rota 1 in every 6-8 weeks. The annual salary is £40,000 - £41,000. A van and fuel card is provided.

There is street parking on site.
