Job summary

Oakmoor Recruitment in Ellesmere Port is seeking a Trainee Electrical Trainer earning £37,000 per year. The role includes fully funded training and qualifications, with 36 days of annual leave and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will coach and mentor learners on Level 2 and Level 3 Electrical Maintenance qualifications, delivering and coordinating all aspects of the program while receiving hands-on support in a collaborative training centre.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' relevant occupational experience within Electrical Engineering or Electrical Industrial Maintenance.
• Level 3 Electrical related qualification is mandatory.
• Enhanced DBS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach, and mentor learners undertaking Level 2 and Level 3 Electrical Maintenance qualifications.
• Deliver and coordinate the successful completion of all aspects of electrical maintenance qualifications.
• Provide hands-on coaching and technical guidance to learners in the training centre.
• Train apprentices in line with relevant awarding body standards.
• Work in a rewarding, self-motivated team environment that values a hands-on approach.
