Oakmoor Recruitment is seeking an experienced Electrician to transition into a trainer role in the Bristol area. This full‑time, permanent position includes comprehensive training and funding for qualifications.

Based from home, you will coach learners, deliver Level 3 Electrical Installation qualifications, and help develop the next generation of installers. A flexible working environment and strong benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical experience.
• Level 3 Electrical qualification or apprenticeship.
• Enhanced DBS clearance required.
• Full UK Driving License and own car.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate the successful completion of all aspects of process qualifications.
• Provide hands‑on coaching and technical guidance to learners.
• Train apprentices in line with awarding body standards.
• Work in a hands‑on, team environment that values a practical approach.
