Job summary

Oakmoor Recruitment seeks an experienced Electrical Trainer to coach and mentor learners in Level 3 Electrical Installation qualifications in the Bristol area, with the role based from home and supported by fully funded training.

You must be a time-served Electrician with minimum 5 years’ experience, a full UK driving license, and Enhanced DBS clearance. The package includes salary up to £41k, with rises after milestones and a comprehensive benefits scheme.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' relevant occupational experience as an Electrician.
• Level 3 or above Electrical qualification / apprenticeship (desirable)
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Enhanced DBS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Delivery and coordination of Level 3 Electrical Installation qualifications.
• Mentorship: hands-on coaching and technical guidance to learners.
• Training apprentices in line with awarding body standards.
• Work in a team environment with a hands-on approach.
