OAKMOOR RECRUITMENT LIMITED is seeking a Trainee Electrical Trainer in Ellesmere Port to guide apprentices through Level 2 and Level 3 Electrical Maintenance qualifications. This full-time, permanent role includes immediate paid training and a clear path to becoming an instructor.

You will coach learners, deliver practical sessions in our training centre, and assess progress while aligning with awarding body standards in a hands-on team environment.

Qualifications

The Role: Coaching the Next Generation

Essential Requirements (Your Experience is Your Qualification)

We are looking for proven occupational experience in the field of Electrical Maintenance / Engineering:

• Occupational Experience: Minimum 5 years' relevant occupational experience within Electrical Engineering or Electrical Industrial Maintenance (within a production / manufacturing / plant environment)
• Technical Qualification: Mandatory Level 3 Electrical related qualification.
• Soft Skills: Good communication, presentation skills, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic, rewarding environment.
• Compliance: This position is subject to Enhanced DBS clearance.
