Thames Water seeks an experienced Electrical Technical Support Engineer to support operation and maintenance of HV/LV electrical networks across Reading and Oxford sites. You will assist with asset upgrades, fault investigations, and safety compliance while developing as an Authorised Person.

The role includes out-of-hours support and a base location at Reading STW or Oxford STW, with a salary up to £62,000 plus car allowance and benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with industrial electrical power and engineering.
• Understanding Electricity at Work Regulations and how to apply them.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical support for operation and maintenance of electrical systems.
• Support HV/LV asset upgrade schemes and capital programmes.
• Carry out electrical system fault investigations and produce reports.
• Maintain asset registers, manuals, and other technical information.
• Mentor others towards Authorised Person readiness.
