Job summary

Equans is recruiting a Technical Services Manager - Electrical bias for the Victoria Hospital in Kirkcaldy. This full-time permanent role offers 37.5 hours weekly, with flexible hours between 7am and 5pm, to deliver electrical and hard services under the NHS Fife contract.

You will lead electrical resources, manage maintenance plans, and ensure SLAs/KPIs are met while maintaining critical system integrity in a complex healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• HNC/HND in Electrical discipline or equivalent.
• Recognised electrical qualifications and/or fully qualified Electrician.
• Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in similar contract management role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical and hard services delivery on NHS Fife contract.
• Manage planned, reactive and lifecycle maintenance activities.
• Lead AP/CP resources and ensure safety/compliance.
• Coordinate procurement of materials and management of external supply chain.
