Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Technical Service Manager - Electrical in Fife to lead delivery of electrical and hard facilities services in a complex healthcare environment. You will oversee critical electrical infrastructure, manage engineering teams and ensure safe, compliant operation of building services.

You will drive PPM, reactive maintenance and lifecycle replacements, meet SLAs/KPIs, and coordinate with clients and contractors while maintaining audit-ready

Qualifications

• HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Recognised electrical qualifications and/or fully qualified electrician status.
• Minimum five years' post-qualification experience in technical services/contract management.
• Experience managing electrical and hard services in facilities management.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering teams to deliver safe, high-quality services.
• Oversee maintenance of HV/LV infrastructure and critical electrical systems.
• Manage PPM, reactive maintenance and lifecycle replacement programmes.
• Ensure maintenance activities meet timescales and are documented.
• Manage CAFM systems for work allocation, asset records and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Safety procedures and statutory requirements.
• Oversee APs/CPs and ensure competencies.
• Coordinate works, lifecycle projects and procurement of equipment.
• Manage external contractors and supply chain performance.
• Promote Health, Safety and Environmental culture and risk management.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and support audits.
• Build strong client/stakeholder relationships with regular updates.
