Southern Housing seeks an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead a team of electrical technicians across repairs and maintenance in our housing stock. You will ensure safety, regulatory compliance and high-quality service for residents.

Based in Croydon with occasional regional travel, you will foster a customer-focused culture, mentor colleagues and support NICEIC assessments and compliance activities.

Competenze

• Proven experience supervising electrical repairs, maintenance and compliance within housing/maintenance environments.
• Two years' NICEIC Qualified Supervisor or equivalent supervisory experience.
• Electrical installation qualifications as listed (NVQ3, AM2, 2391/2395, 2382).
• Experience in inspections and testing.
