Job summary

Sellick Partnership are recruiting an Electrical Supervisor to join our Housing Maintenance team in Cannock. You will supervise and coordinate electrical property repair and maintenance services, ensuring safe, efficient delivery to high standards and regulatory compliance.

The role involves managing a team, liaising with tenants and contractors, and using computerised management systems to track progress and report on performance and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• Significant post-qualification experience.
• Experience of managing a team.
• Strong knowledge of electrical regulations.
• Experience supervising, planning and organising work in a DLO or similar environment.
• Ability to monitor progress against targets, timescales and budgets.
