Axis CLC Group, a trusted property services specialist, seeks an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead electrical teams across two social housing contracts in Kent and Sussex. You will act as the NICEIC Qualifying Supervisor, ensuring compliance, safety, and high-quality workmanship, while mentoring electricians and apprentices.

Responsibilities include maintaining NICEIC registration, reviewing certificates, and supporting resource planning.

Qualifications

Excellent communication, organisational, and mentoring skills.
Strong RAMS awareness and risk assessment understanding.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

Oversee electrical works and ensure compliance with IET Wiring Regulations, Health & Safety, and NICEIC requirements.
Act as NICEIC Qualifying Supervisor, reviewing and signing off electrical certifications.
Maintain NICEIC registration and readiness for annual assessments.
Provide technical support to operatives, supervisors and clients on electrical installations.
Review and approve test certificates, inspection reports and remedial documentation.
Conduct site audits and quality inspections to verify compliance and workmanship.
Mentor electricians and apprentices to improve performance and first-time fix rates.
Support labour allocation, productivity tracking and resource planning to meet targets.
Collaborate with clients and contract managers to deliver safe, high-quality work.
Promote RAMS compliance and safety culture across teams.
