Job summary

MKME is recruiting experienced Electrical Site Supervisors for a leading M&E contractor delivering large-scale residential and student accommodation projects across Liverpool, Manchester and Leeds. Projects secured through to 2027 and 2028.

You will supervise electrical installation works, coordinate subcontractors, maintain health and safety standards, ensure programme delivery and support quality assurance on site.

Qualifications

• SSSTS or SMSTS qualification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical building services installations.
• Proven experience supervising electrical installation teams.

• Monitor quality and compliance throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate daily site activities with project management teams

Working on secured projects running through to 2027 and 2028, you will be responsible for supervising electrical installation works, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring programme delivery, maintaining health & safety standards, and supporting quality assurance across site operations.

• Ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to specification
• Monitor quality and compliance throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate daily site activities with project management teams

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Electrical Site Supervisor within M&E residential construction
• Strong knowledge of electrical building services installations
• SSSTS or SMSTS preferred
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage fast-paced residential or commercial projects
