Job summary

RTL Group Ltd. is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical works on a large mixed-use development in the United Kingdom. You will be responsible for delivering site actions, coordinating teams, and ensuring quality and safety across the project.

Role involves supervising subcontractors, reading drawings, maintaining records, and supporting commissioning and handover activities on a high-profile scheme.

Qualifications

• Must hold Gold ECS and SSSTS certifications.
• Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.
• Proven experience supervising electrical teams on large construction projects.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical installations across the development.
• Manage electrical subcontractors and site teams.
• Ensure works align with drawings, specifications and programme.
• Monitor progress and report to the Project/Site Manager.
• Coordinate with other trades and site management.
• Perform quality inspections and ensure safety standards (RAMS).
• Assist with planning, sequencing and coordination of activities.
• Identify and resolve technical and site-based issues.
• Liaise with engineers, subcontractors and consultants.
• Maintain accurate site records and documentation.
• Support commissioning, testing, snagging and handover.

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a major mixed-use development scheme, overseeing electrical works across a large and varied construction project.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrical Supervisor looking to take responsibility for site delivery, quality, safety, and coordination on a high-profile development.

Electrical Supervisor Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical installations across the development.
• Manage electrical subcontractors and site-based electrical teams.
• Ensure works are delivered in accordance with drawings, specifications, and programme requirements.
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager/Site Manager.
• Coordinate electrical works with other trades and site management.
• Carry out regular quality inspections and ensure installations meet required standards.
• Ensure all works are completed safely and in accordance with RAMS and site procedures.
• Assist with planning, sequencing, and coordination of electrical activities.
• Identify and resolve technical and site-based issues.
• Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and other members of the project team.
• Maintain accurate site records and ensure relevant documentation is completed.
