Job summary

Coyle Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to join a leading M&E contractor delivering large-scale residential and student accommodation projects across Leeds, Manchester and Liverpool. You will supervise electrical installation works, coordinate subcontractors and help ensure programme delivery on site.

You will maintain health and safety standards, support quality assurance, and report progress to the project management team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Electrical Site Supervisor within M&E residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of electrical building services installations.
• SSSTS or SMSTS preferred.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Job description

We are currently seeking experienced Electrical Site Supervisors to join a leading M&E contractor delivering large-scale residential and student accommodation projects across Liverpool, Manchester and Leeds.

Working on secured projects running through to 2027 and 2028, you will be responsible for supervising electrical installation works, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring programme delivery, maintaining health & safety standards, and supporting quality assurance across site operations.
