Job summary

RTL Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a large-scale residential development. You will supervise electrical works on site, manage electricians and subcontractors, and ensure delivery to programme and quality standards.

Key requirements include Gold ECS and SSSTS, proven supervision experience in housing projects, ability to read drawings, and a strong commitment to health and safety. Excellent on-site communication and organisation are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor, preferably in residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installations and current regulations.
• Experience supervising electrical teams on housing or apartment developments.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Strong understanding of health and safety requirements.
• Relevant electrical qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical installations across a residential scheme.
• Manage and support electricians and electrical subcontractors on site.
• Monitor progress and ensure works are completed to programme.
• Ensure works comply with drawings, specifications, and regulations.
• Conduct quality inspections and maintain high workmanship standards.
• Coordinate with Site Manager, Project Manager, other trades and subcontractors.
• Identify and resolve technical issues on site.
• Ensure health & safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Complete site documentation, inspections, and reports.
• Assist with commissioning, snagging, and handover of properties.

Electrical Supervisor Key Responsibilities
