Cambridge Maintenance Services Limited is seeking an Electrical Administrator to join our on-site team in St Ives. You will schedule electricians, allocate tasks, and handle calls and emails to maintain high service standards.

The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to identify potential risks while keeping documentation up to date. You will liaise with engineers, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of works, manage quotes, RAMS, and client portals, and

Responsibilities

• Liaise with engineers, clients, and internal teams to ensure works are delivered efficiently.
• Schedule and allocate planned and reactive works for electrical engineers.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and client instructions.
• Update client portals and maintain accurate records on internal systems.
• Chase engineers for updates, paperwork, and certification.
• Prepare and update quotations and RAMS documentation.
• Ensure jobs are completed, compliant, and closed out with all required paperwork.
• Deliver excellent customer service and elevate issues when required.
