Cambridge Maintenance Services Limited in St Ives is seeking an Electrical Services Administrator to join a busy team on a 12-month FTC. You will schedule electrical engineers' work, allocate tasks to meet SLAs, and manage client instructions by phone and email.
The role requires excellent organisation, attention to detail, and strong communication skills; you will maintain records, chase updates, prepare quotations and RAMS, and deliver high-quality customer service.

You will be part of a dynamic and friendly team; you will be responsible for scheduling all the electrical engineer's work. You will ensure that all tasks are allocated to engineers so that SLA's are met and kept to, updating the engineers schedule sheet. Dealing with incoming calls and emails quickly and efficiently to ensure the highest quality standards are kept and any other admin duties required. A successful candidate should be able to demonstrate strong attention to detail along with the ability to discover potential risks.
8:30am - 5pm between Monday - Friday.
