Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is recruiting for an Electrical Services Administrator (Maternity Cover) in St Ives, Cambridgeshire, on a full-time basis.

You will coordinate day-to-day scheduling of electrical engineers, allocate jobs, liaise with clients and engineers, and manage queries while delivering high-level admin support. Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel and strong organisational skills are essential to meet SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and allocate jobs to electrical engineers.
• Liaise with engineers, clients and internal teams.
• Manage incoming calls and emails.
• Log and update jobs, communications and client requirements.
• Monitor outstanding works, paperwork and certification.
• Chase updates and ensure jobs are completed correctly.
• Update client portals and internal systems.
• Assist with quotes, RAMS and general administration.
• Escalate issues and identify potential risks.
