Job summary

A client in St Ives, Cambridgeshire, is recruiting for an Electrical Services Administrator - Maternity Cover to join the team on a full-time basis. Salary £26,000, Monday to Friday.

You will coordinate day-to-day scheduling of electrical engineers, liaise with clients and engineers, and manage queries with a high level of service. The ideal candidate is highly organized and proficient with Word and Excel, capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Confident communicating by phone and email.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and allocate jobs to electrical engineers.
• Liaise with engineers, clients and internal teams.
• Manage incoming calls and emails.
• Log and update jobs, communications and client requirements.
• Monitor outstanding works, paperwork and certification.
• Chase updates and ensure jobs are completed correctly.
• Update client portals and internal systems.
• Assist with quotes, RAMS and general administration.
• Escalate issues and identify potential risks.
