Randstad CPE is recruiting a Technical Services Manager in Fife. This full-time, permanent role leads day-to-day HV/LV electrical maintenance, manages SLAs/KPIs and coordinates with NHS Fife and client stakeholders.

The role requires 5+ years in a similar hard services management position, electrical discipline qualifications, and strong leadership with excellent communication. A full driving licence and CSCs are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years post-qualification experience in a hard services management role.
• Electrical discipline qualification or equivalent.
• Front-facing client lead with strong communication skills.
• Proficient IT skills including CAFM management tools.

Responsabilités

• Direct day-to-day HV/LV electrical maintenance and manage SLAs/KPIs using CAFM.
• Enforce Safe Systems of Work and CDM 2015 across sites.
• Oversee subcontractors and procurement, manage RAMS and POs.
• Manage AP/CP appointments and training matrices.
• Lead NHS Fife and client stakeholder liaison, manage budgets and reporting.
• Lead site electrical team, conduct performance reviews and workforce planning.
