Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is seeking a Technical Service Manager – Electrical to lead the delivery of electrical and hard facilities services within a complex healthcare environment in Fife. The role combines technical leadership with people management, commercial awareness and proactive service delivery.

You will oversee PPM, reactive maintenance and lifecycle replacement programmes, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met while working with clients, operational teams and contractors to maintain safe,

Qualifications

• Five years of post-qualification experience in technical services or contract management.
• Proven experience managing electrical and hard services in a facilities management environment.
• Strong leadership with experience developing engineering teams.
• Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop electrical engineering teams to deliver safe, efficient, high‑quality service.
• Oversee maintenance and reliability of HV/LV electrical infrastructure.
• Manage PPM, reactive maintenance and lifecycle replacement programmes.
• Ensure maintenance is completed within timescales and documented.
• Manage CAFM systems, asset records and performance reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Safe Systems of Work, Permit to Work, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate external contractors and supply chain partners.
• Prepare contract performance, energy management and operational reports.
