Where will you be working?

MEICA and capital maintenance - Our Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control & Automation (MEICA) experts offer a one-stop solution, including ongoing operation and maintenance services.

What will you be doing?

  1. You’ll lead, motivate, and supervise a team of technicians, ensuring high performance, productivity, and adherence to safety protocols.
  2. You’ll coordinate and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring their successful execution and completion within deadlines and budget constraints.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams, external contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project workflow, resolve issues, and maintain effective communication.
  4. You’ll monitor and enforce quality standards and procedures to ensure all work meets regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  5. You’ll drive business development initiatives, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
  6. You’ll ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols, promoting a safe work environment for all team members.
  7. You’ll conduct safety meetings, training sessions, and risk assessments, and implement safety initiatives to minimise workplace hazards.

What you’ll bring

  • You’ll have proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • You’ll have strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • You’ll have excellent project management abilities, with a track record of successful project completion.
  • You’ll have demonstrated commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols.
  • You’ll have effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You’ll have problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with a focus on delivering efficient and effective solutions.
  • You’ll have strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • You’ll have the flexibility to travel to project sites and work outside regular business hours, if required.
