Job summary

Build Recruitment are working with an established contractor to recruit an experienced Electrical Project Manager for Plymouth and surrounding areas. The role focuses on delivering commercial and industrial electrical projects across a varied portfolio including healthcare, education and industrial sites.

You will manage the entire project lifecycle from pre-construction to handover, coordinating subcontractors and site teams while ensuring safety, on-time delivery and adherence to budget and

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering commercial and industrial electrical projects.
• Experience working within complex or technically demanding environments.
• Strong commercial and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and client management abilities.
• The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Relevant electrical qualifications.
• SMSTS and ECS/CSCS required

Responsibilities

• Managing electrical projects from start to finish.
• Coordinating subcontractors, engineers and site teams.
• Managing project budgets, procurement, variations and programmes.
• Working closely with clients, consultants and project teams.
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to specification.
• Managing multiple projects across commercial, healthcare, education and industrial environments
