Job summary

Involve Recruitment is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead the delivery of large electrical installations across Healthcare, Industrial and Commercial sectors in the Midlands. The successful candidate will drive project success from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring safety, programme adherence and budget control.

You will be the senior member of the project team, responsible for client liaison, mentoring site and office staff, and delivering top quality

Qualifications

Proven experience delivering high value Electrical or M&E projects.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication with clients, consultants and teams.

Responsibilities

Manage the successful delivery of large scale electrical projects from pre-construction to completion.
Lead project teams including site managers, engineers and subcontractors.
Attend client and progress meetings with confidence and professionalism.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
Collaborate with the commercial team on cost control, variations and reporting.
Oversee procurement, programming, labour planning and resource allocation.
Monitor project performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.
Ensure compliance with current regulations, quality standards and health & safety requirements.
