ARC is recruiting an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our established M&E contracting team in Lincoln. You will manage electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring safety, quality and delivery within budget.

The role offers exposure to diverse commercial and industrial schemes and clear progression paths. Based in Lincoln, the successful candidate will lead project teams, coordinate clients, consultants and suppliers, and maintain high standards across the Eastern

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager
Electrical or construction industry background
Strong project management and leadership skills
Experience delivering commercial and industrial projects
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
Full UK driving licence

Responsibilities

Plan and manage the delivery of electrical projects
Lead project teams and coordinate clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
Monitor project programmes, budgets and progress
Attend internal and client progress meetings
Manage health and safety throughout the project lifecycle
Procure materials and manage project resources
Prepare method statements and risk assessments
Manage and brief installation teams
Resolve site, installation and access issues
Complete and submit technical documentation and as-built information

The Role

Based on an initial project in Lincoln, you'll be responsible for managing electrical projects from inception through to completion. Following the initial project, you'll oversee projects across the Eastern region, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standards.
