Job summary

PSR Solutions is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead electrical packages on projects up to £5m across the East Midlands, based in Leicestershire.

You will oversee delivery from pre-construction through handover, coordinating with clients, consultants and subcontractors, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest standards, with a strong emphasis on safety.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within M&E or building services
• Experience delivering projects up to £5m in value
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical projects from inception to completion
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Oversee procurement, programming, and resource allocation
• Maintain high standards of health & safety and compliance
• Monitor project progress and provide regular reporting
• Manage financial performance, including cost control and variations
