Involve Recruitment is handling a vacancy for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a leading Mechanical & Electrical Contractor serving Healthcare, Industrial and Commercial sectors in the Midlands.

This senior role focuses on managing electrical delivery from pre-construction to completion, leading client relationships and guiding site and office teams toward on-schedule, on-budget delivery and high standards of safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high value electrical or M&E projects.
• Strong operational project management with commercial awareness.
• Ability to lead client meetings and act professionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage the successful delivery of large scale electrical projects.
• Lead project teams including Site Managers, Supervisors, Engineers and subcontractors.
• Attend client and progress meetings with confidence.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
• Work with the commercial team on cost control, variations, valuations and reporting.
• Oversee procurement, programming, labour planning and resource allocation.
• Monitor project performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure all work complies with regulations, quality standards and health & safety requirements.
