PSR Solutions in Leicestershire is seeking an Electrical Engineer to support the delivery of electrical packages from pre-construction through to completion on projects across the East Midlands, acting as a key link between site teams and project management.

The role offers a clear pathway for progression and requires a background in supervisory or junior project management within M&E/building services, a solid understanding of electrical installations, and strong organisation and communication

Qualifications

Experience in a Supervisory or Junior Project Management role within an M&E or building services environment.
Exposure to Education, MoJ, or Healthcare sectors is advantageous.
Relevant electrical qualifications (HNC/HND or equivalent preferred).

Responsibilities

Support the delivery of electrical projects from start to finish.
Assist in coordinating site activities, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Work closely with Project Managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Review drawings, specifications, and technical submissions.
Monitor site progress and quality of installations.
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards.
Assist with procurement, planning, and reporting.
Provide technical support to site teams and clients.
