Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an Electrical Project Manager for a permanent hybrid role covering Stevenage, London and remote/home-based work. You will manage live electrical projects from handover to completion, overseeing programmes, labour, materials, costs and client communications.

The role requires delivering CAT B office fit-outs, coordinating teams, and regular site visits across London and the Home Counties, with a salary between £55,000 and £65,000.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Electrical Project Manager or Contracts Manager.
• A commercial electrical contracting background.
• Experience delivering CAT B office fit-out projects.
• Experience managing multiple fast-paced projects.
• Strong knowledge of labour, procurement, variations and project costs.
• A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle.

The Company

A growing small to medium-sized electrical contractor is looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join its team. The business specialises in commercial office fit-out projects, with around 90% of its work based in London and the remainder across the Home Counties. Projects typically range from £60,000 to £500,000 and run for approximately 8 to 20 weeks.

The Role

You will manage live electrical projects at different stages, from initial handover through to completion. You will take responsibility for programme, labour, materials, costs, client communication and site delivery. The role is hybrid, combining site visits, home working and a couple of days each month in the Stevenage office.
