Job Description
Electrical Project Manager
Our client has around 60 years of experience in Building Services, mainly operating in the East Anglia region and London. They have a proven track record of delivering mechanical and electrical projects up to £10M across various sectors including education, commercial, healthcare, leisure, industrial, residential high-end, and heritage.
As an Electrical Project Manager or Contracts Manager, ideally with experience in education, commercial, healthcare, leisure, industrial, heritage, or residential projects, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed standards. You will also manage project budgets and costs effectively, identify risks, and implement mitigation measures.
You will manage staff performance by defining clear roles and responsibilities and promote health and safety at all times.
You should be a qualified Project Manager with experience working on M&E projects, preferably with full contract management responsibilities for projects up to £10M. Excellent communication skills are essential for building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, sharing best practices, and promoting innovation.
