Project Manager

Position: Full-time, Permanent

Location: Remote with travel to East Anglia, Kent, and Lincolnshire

Salary: Up to £55,000 + company car / allowance

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for your next challenge with a growing and dynamic company? Our client is seeking a Project Manager with a strong background in managing electrical installation projects.

The successful Project Manager will have:

1. Strong experience with health and safety regulations, risk assessments, and running multiple projects
2. Ability to read technical drawings and conduct site surveys for modifications

Project Manager Responsibilities

1. Project scoping, costing, contract review, and negotiation
2. Project planning, including engineer resourcing (internal or subcontract) and pre-requisite training/certification
3. Pre-let meetings and site surveys
4. Project initiation, including risk assessments, method statements, and H&S procedures
5. Ensure project progress aligns with plan and budget
6. Identify and manage variations, including costing, quotes, and client approval
7. Act as liaison between install team, back office technical team, and client to resolve technical issues

Essential Skills & Qualifications

1. CSCS/SSSTS Card Holder
2. Knowledge of AutoCAD and ability to read technical drawings
3. Prince2 / PMP certification
4. Previous experience managing various projects
5. Good knowledge of Excel
