Job summary

TLG Infrastructure Limited is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee electrical packages from pre-construction through to handover across Central London. You will manage programmes, costs, subcontractors and site teams to deliver projects safely, on time and to high standards.

The role requires a minimum of three years' PM experience on M&E projects, strong technical and commercial acumen, and excellent client-facing communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience as an Electrical Project Manager.
• Experience delivering projects from pre-construction through handover.
• Experience with M&E contractor on high-end commercial fit-out or super-prime residential projects is advantageous.
• Relevant electrical qualification is essential, with an HNC preferred.
• Strong technical, commercial and programme management skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
• Able to manage multiple stakeholders and take full ownership of project delivery.

Electrical Project Manager - Central London

Salary: £85,000-£95,000 + car allowance, travel, pension and private healthcare

We are working with an established M&E contractor with an annual turnover of approximately £30m. The business specialises in delivering high-end commercial fit-out and super-prime residential projects, with M&E packages valued at up to £7m.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee projects across Central London.

The Role

As Electrical Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the delivery of electrical packages from pre-construction through to final handover. You will manage the programme, commercial performance, subcontractors and site teams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing electrical projects from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover
• Reviewing designs, specifications, drawings and technical submissions
• Developing and managing project programmes
• Procuring and managing specialist subcontractors and suppliers
• Monitoring project costs, variations and commercial performance

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of three years' experience working as an Electrical Project Manager
• Demonstrable experience delivering projects from pre-construction through to handover
• Previous experience running projects for an M&E contractor
• Experience within high-end commercial fit-out or super-prime residential projects would be highly advantageous
• A relevant electrical qualification is essential, with an HNC preferred
• Strong technical, commercial and programme management skills
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
