Job summary

Core Search is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead high‑value commercial fit‑out projects across Central London. You will own delivery from pre‑construction to handover, coordinating electrical packages and ensuring cost, quality and programme targets are met.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication and a track record of delivering medium to large-scale fit-outs. You will work with a established team on prominent Central London schemes and enjoy a clear

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager.
• Strong background in commercial fit-out.
• Experience managing electrical packages on medium to large-scale projects.
• Excellent knowledge of project delivery, commercial and technical processes.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical packages from pre-construction through to completion

We’re looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a leading contractor delivering high-quality commercial fit-out projects across Central London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Electrical PM looking to take ownership of exciting, high-value projects and work with a well-established team.

The Role:

• Manage electrical packages from pre-construction through to completion
• Take full responsibility for project delivery, programme, cost and quality
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors, engineers and site teams
• Manage client and consultant relationships
