Job summary

GH Engage is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager for flagship projects in Central London. The role includes total ownership of electrical packages, from pre-construction through to final handover, with projects valued up to £40M.

You will have a clear career path towards Senior Project Management and work on innovative developments. Candidates should have a strong background in delivering large electrical packages and relevant qualifications in Electrical Engineering.

Qualifications

• Solid track record of delivering electrical packages worth £15M+.
• Strong technical knowledge across lighting, security, and BMS.
• Proactive approach to managing risk and variations.

We are partnering with a premier Tier 1 M&E Contractor to secure an Electrical Project Manager for their major projects team in Central London. This contractor is highly respected for tackling complex engineering challenges and boasts a collaborative culture with a secured, high-value pipeline.

The Opportunity:

• Take total ownership of electrical packages on flagship schemes valued up to £40M.
• Central London (well-connected sites with modern working environments).
• You will spearhead the electrical delivery from pre-construction and design coordination through to testing, commissioning, and final handover. You will manage specialist sub-contractors, oversee the commercial health of the electrical package, and serve as the key point of contact for the client.

What we are looking for:

• Strong technical knowledge across LV/HV distribution, lighting, security, and complex building management systems (BMS).
• Sharp commercial acumen and a proactive approach to managing risk and variations.
• Relevant qualifications (HNC/HND/Degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services, SMSTS, etc.).
