Aylin White is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Electrical) for a prestigious commercial new build in London, Kensington. You will own the £20m electrical package from pre-construction to handover, guiding design, procurement, installation and commissioning on a high-profile refurbishment project.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, drive safety and quality, and manage client and contractor relationships while delivering on time and within budget for a major commercial scheme.

One of the leading contractors in the market is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager (Electrical) to lead a £20m electrical package on a prestigious commercial new build and refurbishment project in High Street Kensington.

This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of the electrical delivery from pre-construction through to completion, commissioning and handover.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• The Senior Electrical Project Manager will lead the delivery of the £20m electrical package from pre-construction to handover.
• Manage design coordination, procurement, installation and commissioning.
• The Senior Electrical Project Manager will lead and develop project teams and manage programme, budget, risk and resources.
• Manage client, consultant, subcontractor and stakeholder relationships.
• The Senior Project Manager will ensure high standards of safety, quality and commercial performance.
• Coordinate effectively with wider MEP and construction teams.

SKILLS AND BACKGROUND

• 10+ years' experience delivering major electrical or MEP projects.
• The Senior Electrical Project Manager will have proven experience managing £20m+ electrical packages.
• Commercial, refurbishment, fit-out or complex construction experience.
• Strong pre-construction, design coordination and project planning experience.
• Excellent leadership, commercial and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong technical understanding of electrical construction and MEP coordination.
• Good knowledge of UK construction, electrical and H&S standards.
