LED Project Manager - Commercial Construction

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
2. Manage commercial LED lighting installations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
3. Coordinate and oversee engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
4. Maintain accurate project documentation and compliance with industry standards.
5. Communicate effectively with clients, senior management, and stakeholders.
6. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions.
7. Ensure high-quality installations and adherence to regulatory standards.
8. Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of multiple projects.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Experience in LED lighting projects within commercial construction.
2. Strong leadership and project management skills.
3. Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
4. Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
5. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
