Electrical Project Manager - Building Services

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a very successful and highly respected Electrical Building Services contractor based in Nottingham. The company works across multiple sectors including commercial, office fit-out, industrial, and more, with typical project values ranging from £500k up to £10m. They provide a full range of Electrical services, from design through to installation and commissioning. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Electrical Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage projects to ensure they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
2. Manage project procurement processes.
3. Handle technical submissions and approvals.
4. Assist in producing risk assessments and method statements.
5. Manage the financial aspects of projects, ensuring adherence to budgets.
6. Manage site teams effectively.
7. Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to meet project requirements.
8. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues.
9. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

Experience and Skills:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience as an Electrical Building Services Project Manager or similar role, such as Electrical Contracts Manager.
• Experience successfully delivering electrical building services projects ranging from £500,000 to £5,000,000.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Salary and Benefits:

• Base salary: £55,000 - £60,000 (depending on experience).
