We’re hiring a Project Manager to deliver multi-utility infrastructure projects, with a focus on electrical networks. You'll join a supportive team and start working immediately on projects in and around Northampton and the surrounding areas.

1. Lead utility projects end-to-end (DNO, ICP, or related experience ideal).
2. Manage sites, budgets, client relationships, and subcontractors.
3. Ensure compliance with H&S, CDM, and industry regulations.
4. Deliver quality outcomes for high-profile clients.
5. Oversee multiple utility projects for national clients.
6. Ensure work is delivered to specification, on budget, and safely.
7. Lead financial reporting and manage subcontractors.
8. Electrical engineering experience (bonus: gas/water/utilities knowledge).
9. Experience with DNOs or working under National Grid, UKPN, SSE, GTC, etc.
10. Comfortable managing projects on-site across various locations.
11. Strong grasp of regulations, ideally with SMSTS / SSSTS / IOSH / NEBOSH certifications.
12. Substation access and CPA-level qualifications are a plus.
13. Salary £50–60k DOE + Bonus Structure.
14. Company Car included.
15. Hybrid work model: 1 day WFH, Thursdays in Northampton office, and remaining days on project sites.
16. Start date: May–July (flexible around notice period).
