Responsibilities

• Carry out M&E/Fabric planned and reactive maintenance across a large static site.
• Air Conditioning - AHU / FCU maintenance and filter changes.
• Plumbing - unblocking toilets.
• BMS system monitoring (hot & cold).
• UPS systems monitoring and readings.
• General building fabric and Statutory Compliance.

Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - Battersea, South West London - Up to £45,000

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Property company based in Battersea, South West London. I am currently recruiting for an Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer / plumber to be based at a large residential estate situated by Battersea, South West London. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer or plumber with a proven track record in commercial / property building maintenance. He or she will be required to carry out M&E/Fabric planned and reactive maintenance / Installation across this large static site.

Working with the maintenance team on site (3 Engineers). He or she will be required to have an understanding/hands on experience of the below. Our client is happy to consider mechanical engineers or plumbers who have completed their apprenticeships (Must have C&G Level 2 as a minimum) who have some commercial building maintenance experience but want to learn. • Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
• UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings
• General building fabric
• Statatory Compliance

Hours of work

Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm (40 hour week)
