Job summary

St Christopher’s Hospice in Sydenham is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician (Electrical) to join the Facilities team. You will perform day-to-day maintenance and first-level fault finding on a range of equipment and services within the Hospice.

Based mainly at Sydenham, you may work on sites around SE London. The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends and bank holidays, plus on-call duties. A strong background in electrical maintenance and building services is essential.

Qualifications

• Experienced Maintenance Technician (Electrical) with hands-on experience.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rota and out-of-hours if required.
• Flexibility to cover evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general day-to-day maintenance tasks.
• Undertake first-level fault finding and repairs on equipment and services.
• Maintain building and property assets and some equipment/medical services.
