Job summary

St Christopher’s Hospice in Sydenham seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician (Electrical) to join our Facilities and Estates team. The role involves day-to-day electrical maintenance and first-level fault finding across the Hospice and sometimes at satellite sites.

You will support building and asset care while covering callouts and on-call duties as required. The successful candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, be able to work solo or as part of a team, and be flexible to meet

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, electrical fault finding and repairwork within industrial/commercial settings.
• Able to work individually or in a team with good communication skills.
• Flexible to cover evenings, weekends and bank holidays and participate in on-call rota.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general day-to-day maintenance tasks.
• Undertake first level fault finding and repairs on equipment and services within the Hospice.
• Assist with building and property assets and some equipment and medical services.
