Job summary

St Christopher's Hospice in London is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician (Electrical) to join the Facilities team at Sydenham. You will perform day-to-day electrical maintenance and first level fault finding across our sites, including on-site responsibilities.

The role requires flexibility for standby, on-call and occasional out-of-hours work, with a 37.5-hour week and a salary of £41,384 plus on-call. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience is essential in an industrial or commercial environment.
• Good fault-finding skills on a range of electrical equipment.
• Flexible to cover evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general day-to-day maintenance tasks and first level fault finding.
• Repair and service building, property assets and some medical equipment.
• Work as part of the maintenance team and respond to callouts.
