Job summary

A leading building services provider seeks an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to handle all maintenance tasks at a static site in South London. The chosen candidate will ensure compliance with statutory regulations and client expectations while maintaining exceptional service quality. Responsibilities include PPM and reactive maintenance, managing CAFM tasks, and participating in an on-call rota. Candidates must be qualified to 18th Edition in Electrical Engineering with a strong background in building services maintenance and excellent communication skills. Qualifications

• Experience in building services maintenance, especially mechanical and electrical systems.
• Qualified to 18th Edition in Electrical Engineering.
• Strong understanding of preventative and reactive maintenance processes.

Responsibilities

• Undertake all PPM and reactive maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Manage CAFM tasks and maintain site records.
• Participate in an out-of-hours rota.

Skills

Experience in building services maintenance

Qualified to 18th Edition in Electrical Engineering

Understanding of PPM and reactive maintenance processes

Excellent communication skills

Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations

Problem-solving skills

Full UK driving licence
