Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer (electrically biased, C&G qualified) to join a large on-site maintenance team at a commercial estate in Stratford, East London.

The role covers electrical, mechanical and fabric maintenance across a range of systems including lighting, emergency lighting, hydraulics, pneumatics, AHUs/FCUs, water treatment, basic plumbing, BMS and UPS, with overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Electrical qualifications required: City & Guilds Level 2 & 3.
• City & Guilds 17th or 18th Edition.
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical, mechanical and fabric maintenance tasks across a commercial estate.
• Maintain lighting, fault-finding, emergency lighting, control panels and power distribution.
• Service AHUs/FCUs, hydraulics, pneumatics and basic plumbing.
• Maintain BMS and UPS systems.

Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Stratford, East London – Up to £48,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an established FM service provider based on a unique commercial estate in Stratford, East London.

Our client is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer (electrically biased, C&G qualified) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance, ideally within a critical environment such as a bank or blue-chip office. Working as part of a large on-site maintenance team, you will carry out a mix of electrical, mechanical, and fabric maintenance duties, including:

• Lighting – small installation works, fault-finding, lamping, ballast changes, control panels, power distribution
• Emergency lighting
• Hydraulics and pneumatics
• Air conditioning – AHUs/FCUs (filter changes and cleaning)
• Water treatment (temperature checks, dosing)
• Basic plumbing (including unblocking toilets)
• BMS systems
• UPS systems

Hours of Work

• Monday to Friday,
• 07:00–16:00 and 10:00–19:00
• Plenty of overtime available.
