Job summary

Forged Solutions Group in Darley Dale is seeking a time-served Electrical Maintenance Engineer to maintain and improve plant equipment in a medium to heavy engineering environment. You will perform preventative and reactive maintenance, follow PPM schedules, and use RCA to improve OEE.

Qualifications

• Time-served maintenance engineer with experience in medium to heavy engineering environments.
• Must read electrical engineering drawings and fault-find logically.
• Experience with lock out/tag out procedures and CMMS.
• Strong PLC knowledge and understanding (17th/18th Edition wiring).
• Experience with CNC machines or forging-industry equipment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and reactive maintenance on a variety of machinery.
• Use RCA to identify root causes and report corrective actions to improve OEE.
• Ensure all PPM tasks are completed on time and to standard.
• Maintain documentation and safety records in line with company policy.
• Support TPM development and autonomous maintenance initiatives.
