Qualifications
- Strong electrical fault-finding experience in manufacturing/industrial environments.
- Experience with motors, drives, sensors, conveyors, panels and control systems.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair electrical and multi-skilled faults across motors, drives, sensors, conveyors, control panels and associated equipment.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance, inspections, testing and reliability improvements.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns to minimise downtime and maintain throughput.
- Support mechanical maintenance tasks and contribute to root-cause analyses.
- Ensure safe systems of work including isolation procedures, RAMS and risk assessments.
- Maintain maintenance records through CMMS and identify opportunities for improvement.
