Ser- in Manchester is seeking a Static Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a busy commercial building services team. The role focuses on delivering essential electrical maintenance for a multi-story office block in central Manchester, on a permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will hold City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 electrical qualifications with the 18th Edition and ideally AM2, and be comfortable on a static site with no vehicle provision. A strong mechanical background is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong Commercial Electrical Maintenance background
• Based in commutable distance to central Manchester
• Qualified electrical engineer (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3)
• 18th Edition compliant
• AM2 certification preferred
• Willing to work on a static site
• Some mechanical experience advantageous
